Agenda of forthcoming Meetings

Agendas are usually updated on to this website three days before the day of the meeting.  If you can see an agenda that relates to a date in the past this is because the next meeting's agenda has not yet been updated.

All Agendas all displayed on the Town Council Notice Board outside the Town Hall and in the Village Notice Board in the centre of Meltham.

All meetings are open to the public - you are very welcome to attend.  At the very start of each meeting there is a Public Open Session where members of the public can address members of Council with their concerns or raise any issues for discussion.  The Public Open Session lasts for 15 minutes and the Chairman of the meeting will invite you to speak.  Further details can be found by clicking here
